About Us

Dave has spent nearly his entire career in management consulting. He began as an external consultant performing financial controls audits before finding his passion for optimizing operations and serving ten years as an internal consultant focused on implementing continuous improvement programs and driving operational excellence. He is equally adept at applying Lean Methodology across all business functions, as he is in a manufacturing environment or a warehouse. He has worked in industries as diverse as financial services, e-commerce, hospitality, and manufacturing.

In addition to optimizing large organizations, Dave also has extensive experience throughout all stages of the startup lifecycle. He recently grew a regional logistics provider from inception, through rapid growth, before ultimately negotiating a successful sale of the company.
